What is Sober Living?

Sober living is a transitional home that provides a sober free environment before returning to an independent living society.

Our sober living home is in a shared room environment led by a House manager. The House manager will live onsite to ensure all are held accountable and committed to their recovery. He will be tasked to administer random drug and breathalyzer tests.

Weekly meetings will be conducted where everyone is encouraged to speak about their progress or challenges.

Looking to Support a Resident's Recovery?

Residents at Better Days Sober Living in Arlington have taken the first step of post recovery by committing to live in a safe and structured environment.

Our Residents are liberating themselves from the destructive quality of life of their former self.

After leaving treatment some of our men arrive with no more than their clothes with no financial means for sober living housing.

Donations will be applied towards our scholarship program for rent assistance including food and toiletries.

Your generous donation can help support a resident in their recovery and return to family!
