Our program is structured in phases, designed to provide the right balance of support, guidance, and independence as you progress through your recovery journey.
Each phase of our program is tailored to meet you where you are in your recovery process. From establishing a solid foundation in early sobriety to gradually building towards greater independence, our phased approach ensures that you receive the support and structure you need at every stage.
Below you will find a detailed outline of what to expect in Phase 1 and Phase 2 of our program. These guidelines are crafted to help you develop healthy habits, create a supportive network, and lay the groundwork for a successful and sustainable recovery.

House Information: Structured Recovery Phases
Phase 1: Foundations for Recovery
H & I Commitments: Participate in 2 Hospital and Institution meetings to share experiences and support others.
Home Group: Join a home group to build a supportive recovery network.
Sponsorship: Choose a sponsor to guide you through the early stages of recovery.
Progress in 12 Steps: Work through the first 6 steps of the 12-step program.
Meeting Attendance: Attend at least 4 recovery meetings per week to maintain focus and support.
Service Position: Take up a service position within the recovery community to foster responsibility and give back.
Curfew: Adhere to a curfew of 10 PM on weekdays and 11 PM on weekends for structure and discipline.
